Privacy and data
MeshWright stores your scans, models, job history and local lessons on your machine. A cloud AI endpoint receives the renders, measured facts and modelling instructions needed for the job under your provider account. A local endpoint processes those inputs locally.
Your chosen assistant can also receive scan filenames, absolute file paths (which may include your computer username), customer notes, repair descriptions and prior job output included in its instructions. A terminal or desktop assistant may send this information to its own cloud provider even when the assistant runs on your computer. Its access and retention are governed by that provider and your account settings.
Licence and optional diagnostics
Activation and licence checks send your licence key, machine identifier, app version and activation hostname to MeshWright. Optional usage and learning reports contain counts, outcomes, scores and a lesson graph. Sharing lesson text is a separate choice. Mesh files and CAD programs are not part of these reports. Reports are retained for 90 days.
Activated installations also report bounded update information, including installed and offered versions, update status and error codes, and the last reported Fusion add-in version. These reports help us identify upgrade problems; they are not a live view of your computer or design.
Accounts, billing and contact
We store your account email, licence and activated machines. Stripe processes billing and its customer portal manages subscriptions. Resend delivers account and licence email. Early-access forms save your name, email and source page to our database; the form does not forward those details from your browser to another service.
After confirmed email delivery, we remove the saved message body and sign-in token from the delivery queue. Messages parked for manual delivery review have their saved content removed by maintenance after 90 days without a new attempt. Delivery status and deduplication records remain so recovery does not send duplicate messages.
Website analytics
Public-page analytics are disabled by default. When enabled, Google Analytics runs on public pages only. Account and admin pages exclude analytics scripts. Necessary secure cookies keep you signed in.
