Measured, not guessed.
Every hole, boss and flat is fitted from the mesh before the model is built, so a 6.00 mm hole comes out 6.00 mm.
Measured, not guessed
Planes, cylinders, axis and symmetry are measured first. Dimensions in the model come from the fit, and every result is scored against the scan: IoU, deviation map, per-hole radius error.
Built like an engineer would
A feature tree in the order a person would model it, not a frozen surface. Extrude distances, hole diameters and fillet radii become named parameters in Fusion.
Your parts stay yours
Runs on your own machine with your own API key. Nothing is uploaded to us. The job store learns from your corrections and gets better at your parts, and it never leaves the building.
How it works
Scan in
STL, OBJ, PLY or 3MF. A quality gate reports holes, noise and unit mistakes before anything else runs.
Four candidates
Fast mode builds the part four different ways (extrude first, revolve first, primitives, sections) and scores each one against the mesh.
Thinking mode
The best candidate is revised against measured residuals until it matches. If one fact would change the approach, it asks you one question.
Native in Fusion
The result is rebuilt as real features in your open design, with parameters to edit, plus a STEP file for everything else.
